Available Positions:
Sales Team Member (Full Time)
- Hours – 37.5 Hours a week
- Monday – Friday
- Overtime is also available
- Based in Carlisle City Centre
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with their printing and design requirements.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status and collections.
- Maintain product displays and keep the shop clean, organised, and well-presented.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (printing industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn printing software.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Driving License not essential, but is welcomed.
